Submitting a manuscript is free. An Article Processing Charge may apply only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

This page is the Glintplus source of truth for current journal Article Processing Charge records. A journal may have a standard charge, a temporary promotion, a no-charge period or another approved status.

Discounts and waivers
Discounts, waivers or temporary promotions can differ by journal. Check current instructions before payment and use only an official Glintplus or journal communication to confirm the amount due.
When to pay
Do not pay when you submit a manuscript. If a charge applies after acceptance, follow the payment instructions provided for your article and confirm the amount due after any approved discount or waiver.
Journal portals
Journal portals may provide journal-specific fee and waiver context. The controlled Glintplus journal record remains the authority for the current charge or status until a direct pricing contract with OJS is implemented.
Payment safety
Do not send full payment card details through a general contact form or pay an unverified personal account.
