This policy applies to personal information Glintplus collects or uses through glintplus.com. If you follow a link to Researchment, a journal or a retailer, check the privacy information provided there before submitting personal information.

Depending on what you do, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, role, country, enquiry details, information connected with a publishing or service request, and technical information used for security and reliable website operation.

Book publishing enquiries may include structured proposal information and optional PDF or DOCX proposal or sample files. The files are used for the enquiry notification and are deleted from temporary website storage after the delivery attempt; the submitted enquiry details and attachment filenames may remain in the private enquiry record.

If you participate in Blog discussions while signed in, we process your account-linked comment, reply and reaction information, together with limited edit or removal audit metadata needed to operate and moderate the discussion. Published comments display the comment content, display name and related public discussion information.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through a general enquiry form unless it is genuinely necessary and the form specifically asks for it.

3. Where information comes from

Most information comes directly from you when you complete a form, contact Glintplus or use a service that asks you to provide information. Limited technical and discussion-operation information may be generated automatically when the website is used.

Temporary files attached to a Book publishing enquiry are removed from website temporary storage after the email delivery attempt.

Glintplus uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet service can promise absolute security. Contact us if you believe information you provided to Glintplus may have been compromised.
