These Terms apply when you use glintplus.com, send an enquiry, access publishing information or use material made available through the website.

1. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these Terms where they apply. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant part of the website. A journal submission, book purchase, institutional publishing service or other activity may have additional terms.
2. About glintplus.com
These Terms apply when you use glintplus.com, including its publishing information, book pages, journal links and enquiry forms.
3. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe another person’s rights, or use automated activity that disrupts normal website use.
4. Enquiries and information you provide
When you send an enquiry or provide information through the website, provide contact details and information that are accurate enough for Glintplus to understand and respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry form.
5. Journal submissions
Use the selected journal’s Submit manuscript link to send your work. Submission asks the journal to consider the manuscript under its current policies; it does not guarantee peer review, acceptance, publication, indexing or a particular decision time. Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, permissions, ethics and authorship of submitted material.
Read the journal’s current requirements for article types, peer review, licences, charges, waivers, revisions and withdrawal before submitting.
6. Institutional Publishing enquiries
Submitting an Institutional Publishing enquiry starts a discussion only. It does not create a publishing agreement or guarantee that Glintplus will publish or host the journal. Any publishing service must be agreed separately in writing.
7. Book publishing enquiries
Submitting an initial book proposal asks Glintplus to consider the project. It does not create a publishing agreement, guarantee acceptance or require you to provide a full manuscript unless Glintplus later requests one.
You keep the rights you already hold in the proposal and sample material. By submitting them, you permit Glintplus to review the material for the limited purpose of assessing and responding to the publishing enquiry. Any publication rights must be agreed separately in writing.
8. Books, previews and retailer links
Book pages may provide previews and links to retailers. Availability, format and price can change. When a retailer is the seller, its own terms govern payment, delivery, returns and customer service.
Book previews are for reading and evaluation. Unless a separate licence says otherwise, a preview does not give permission to reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the book.
9. Content you provide
You keep the rights you already hold in material you send to Glintplus. You must have the right to provide it and must not knowingly submit unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Publication rights are governed by the relevant journal licence, book agreement, institutional agreement or other written terms.
10. Glintplus content and intellectual property
The Glintplus name, logos, original website text, design elements and other material owned by Glintplus are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may read, quote and link to public material lawfully, but you may not present Glintplus branding as your own, imply endorsement that has not been given, or reproduce protected material beyond rights granted by law or an applicable licence.

11. Charges and payments
Where payment applies, check the current amount and payment instructions before paying. Journal submission alone is not an instruction to make payment. Do not send full payment card details through a general contact form.
12. External websites and services
Links may take you to Researchment, journals, retailers or other services with their own terms and privacy notices. Review those terms when you use the linked service.
13. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep public information accurate and useful, but retailer availability, publication charges, policies and external services can change. Glintplus may correct, update, suspend or remove website material when reasonably necessary. The website may also be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security incidents or events outside reasonable control.
14. No guarantee of outcome
Information on this website does not guarantee manuscript acceptance, indexing, citation, academic recognition, sales, institutional adoption, funding, employment or any other particular result.
15. Privacy
Personal information handled through glintplus.com is subject to the Glintplus Privacy Policy. Other services may provide additional privacy information when you use them.
16. Changes and specific agreements
We may update these Terms when the website, products or legal requirements change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not replace a signed publishing, institutional, employment, supplier or other specific agreement.
17. Governing law
Except where a specific written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This does not remove mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
