Article Processing Charge (APC)
All Glintplus journals are fully open-access. Therefore, we charge a single APC that covers copy-editing, production, online publication and archiving. Submission is free; payment is requested only after acceptance, and authors are responsible for any payment taxes.
To support equity, we adopt the World Bank’s income classifications in our discounts:
Low-income countries (LIC): 60% APC reduction
Lower-middle-income countries (LMIC): 50% APC reduction
A manuscript authored solely by a PhD student receives a full waiver.

Payment Methods
Glintplus only accepts payments online via PayPal. Within 48 hours of manuscript acceptance, our accounts team will email the corresponding author an invoice with full payment instructions.
