About the Journal
Journal of Mining and Geosciences (JMG) is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal published by Glintplus. This journal aims to publish original and innovative research papers in the fields of mining, geology and geophysics, and it serves as a platform for the exchange of interdisciplinary knowledge for academia, government and industry. JMG publishes original research articles, comprehensive review articles, short communications, and case studies that are related to mining and earth science in the fields of Engineering, Science and Technology. It focuses on themes within the following categories:
- extraction and processing of minerals and metals.
- sustainable planning and closure of mines.
- location and exploitation of the earth's natural resources.
- structure and composition of the earth and the forces of change affecting them.
- addressing seismic and electromagnetic imaging, and monitoring hydrocarbon reservoirs.
