Aims and scope

The Journal of Agriculture and Applied Biotechnology (JAAB) publishes high-quality scholarship across Agriculture, Plant Science, Microbiology, and closely related disciplines. We welcome original research articles, critical reviews, case studies, surveys, opinions, commentaries, and essays—provided the methodology and reporting meet current standards of rigour and adequacy.

JAAB publishes research for readers in agriculture and applied biotechnology. Open access makes published work available to read and reuse. Review and decision times vary with the manuscript, reviewer availability and the revisions required; no fixed decision time is guaranteed.

Authors retain copyright and grant Glintplus a non-exclusive right to publish. Articles published by JAAB use the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). The licence permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial reuse, with appropriate credit, a link to the licence and an indication of any changes. Reuse must comply with the licence terms and any separately identified third-party rights.

To see whether JAAB is the right fit for your manuscript, please review our Author Activities Guide and Editorial Policy page.
